16) Pay Inequality Currently (2009), women only make 80% of the salary that their male peers are receiving. Can someone explain this to me? How can you think it’s just and fair to pay a women, with the same job title and responsibilities as a man, less? Seriously, men don’t know how hard we work to not kill all of them 4 days out of EVERY month. We should get double pay just for that.
